Next to an exhibition space, an island is surrounded by water. From an old ladder one can capture a glimpse of it through a blurred window. The patient viewer can discover a dozen different birds, a fish, a rabbit, a turtle and a human being. This person fled during the opening of the exhibition with a painting that turns out to be an escape-device. Through a skylight, a high and narrow beam and a hole in the basement, he passes through a hatch in the wooden floor on the island to arrive there.
